Winter greetings from Lowertown and The Tilsner Artists' Cooperative.
Unfortunately, the news was not so great at year end. A good friend and neighbor was assessed a 28 percent rent increase for 2007 (my own increase was 12 percent while others were left at zero)!
It seemed worthwhile to consider the cause of this inequitable treatment. If you're interested in my conclusion, pick up the January issue of The Downtown St. Paul Voice.
